Coquitlam FoundationSeries consists of 88 photographs taken at various events of members of CFUW Vernon. Events include 25th anniversary party in 1990, activities during Fall 2001, and the 40th anniversary party in 2005. Most photos include a caption describing the event and/or people in the photograph. Some captions, however, are too blurry or faded to read.
The series consists of moving images, textual records, and graphic materials from Mary Anne McEwen's documentation of The Gay Games 1990, held in Vancouver, B.C from August 4 through August 11th, 1990. McEwen production company, Forward Focus Productions, was the official videographer for the games.

The series consists of materials related to schools in the Eagle Ridge area as well as reports from School District No 43. The files include parent info, correspondence, meeting notes, Board of Trustees agenda packages, presentations, pamphlets, information regarding French immersion, and documents from the school board about school reorganization.
Eagle Ridge Residents' AssociationSeries consists of a large binder containing administrative and financial records of club activities, grouped together by year. This includes monthly highlights, meeting minutes for lunch meetings, executive meetings, and annual general meetings. Also included are financial statements, annual budgets, annual reports, and president's reports. In addition, a letter to the Minister of Environment, Lands is included. Records from 2010-2015 were donated at a later date, and are stored in file folders as they were not originally part of the binder.

Duke, DarylSeries consists of materials pertaining to the College's twentieth anniversary celebration in 1989 and 1990. (The festivities began in September 1989.) These include event flyers, a bulletin called "Catch the Action," and a publication called "Twenty Years of Making a Difference." The Public Information Office was responsible for producing these items, while the festivities in general were overseen by the 20th Anniversary Steering Committee.
