Series consists of files of correspondence maintained, for the most part, by the Secretary of the British Columbia Mountaineering Club. The files contain all manner of routine business and particular concerns of the club - some of which were removed to separate subject files; for example those relating to access to watersheds, ski patrol services, and correspondence from club members during World War II.

Series consists of the summit registers for Mt. Rexford (1951-1998), Kwoiek Needle (1964-2000), Mt. Slesse (1989-2003), MacDonald Peak (1990-2002) and Sky Pilot Mountain (1999-2008). They include the names of party members, the date and route information. Given that these documents were stored at the summit over prolonged periods of time, they are generally in poor condition - several having been badly water damaged.

The Totem Theatre series documents extensively Baker’s involvement with the Totem Theatre company between 1951 and 1954. The series encompasses not only the administrative and promotional side of Totem Theatre, but also the production and staging side. The series includes administrative and promotional material as well as photographs and an extensive collection of newspaper clippings.
Series consists of three sub-series: A. Biography files, [before 2000]; B. Subject files, [ca.1880-ca.2000]; C. Print material, 1854-2000. Biography files pertain to Bishop Edward Cridge and family and Church of Our Lord ministers and members. Print material sub-series includes five Bibles of past church members: the Cridge Family Bible, published 1854; the Frances Silver Bible, published 1868; the Laundy Family Bible, published 1890; the Olive Buckingham Bible, published 1933; and, the Rev. E. A. (Ted) Follows Bible, published 1993. All Bibles are inscribed and some are annotated.

Bell in his capacity as general manager of Brunswick Cannery. Correspondence is about government regulations; policy and procedures, and operational inquiries and directives received from the head office of B.C. Packers Association; and inquiries from suppliers. Circulars from the Fraser River Canners' Association may have been received by Mr. Bell as President of the Anglo American Canning Co.
Brunswick Cannery (Canoe Pass, B.C.)Series consists of records belonging to Francis Griffin Bell and Dorothy Bell. Mr. Bell was manager of the Brunswick Cannery, Canoe Pass, 1902-1927(?) for the B.C. Packers Association. Prior to working as manager for the Association, Francis G. Bell was president of the Anglo-American Canning Co., which was bought by the Association in 1902. His daughter, Dorothy Bell, worked as a reporter beginning in 1915 for the Eburne Gazette, later in 1922 accepting a position on the editorial staff of McLean's Magazine.

Includes records relating to the appointment and resignation of the Registrar (1967-1988); a report of the weeding and rearrangement of Registrar's files (1975); appointment of diocesan Treasurer (1986); appointments and resignation to the office of the following Deaconesses: M.
