The Dove Rebekah Lodge # 69 Order for WomenFonds consists of the records of the Whaletown Community Club from 1951 to 2016. The first accession (2003.003) consists of records from 1951 to 1985 and includes minutes of general and executive meetings, correspondence, administrative records including the original constitution and bylaws, financial records and reports on projects and functions sponsored by the organization. Files from Accession 2003.003 are described in five series: 1) Minutes; 2) Correspondence; 3) Financial; 4) Administrative Records; 5) Subject Files.
An accrual in 2017 (Accession 2017.009) comprises records of the Whaletown Community Club from 1985 to 2016, including minutes of executive and general meetings, financial statements, correspondence, and records of projects and programs. The material was kept in binders, and is arranged in eighteen series based on this original order (Series 6 through Series 23).
The fonds takes its name from the content. The fonds is divided into 18 series and includes the constitution, annual financial statements, balance sheets, and documents related to the running of the Tappen and District Credit Union.
Tappen and District Credit UnionThe fonds consists of the photographs Frank Goodship took during his employment at the British Columbian newspaper. Many of these photographs were published in the newspaper. A search of the newspaper has provided additional information about these photos. In these cases, the date of the paper and the page number on which it appeared has been noted in the scope and content. The exact captions have usually not been added but all names of individuals given by the paper have been included. Please not that not all photographs are available online. In many cases, a number of simliar shots were taken for the same shoot. In these cases, the archives has chosen what it thinks the best and most representative shots. Activities, topics, and events documented include community activism for human rights and social justice of minorities and underrepresented groups; academic conference attendance and presentations; Sharma's research, writing, photography, and publications; his social life and relationships; and his death and memorial.
Sharma, HariFonds consists of records relating to the Playfair Park Mother's Group's activities at Playfair Park in Saanich from 1951 to 1974. Fonds includes administrative records, financial records, correspondence, and a scrapbook relating to Playfair Park (1948-1951) and Reynolds Park (1951-1956).
Playfair Park Mother's GroupThe fonds consists of records created and accumulated by Don Cunnings, documenting his involvement in sport and recreation in Coquitlam. The archivist arranged the fonds into two series. One series documents the activities of Cunnings during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department. The second series consists of personal and professional records accumulated by Cunnings, documenting his various professional positions for reference and posterity.
The records include photographs, newspaper clippings, newsletters, correspondence, recorded documentaries, two scrapbooks, and assorted textual records and ephemera.
Cunnings, DonThe series documents the activities that Cunnings was involved with and led during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department and the development of the Department over time.
The series is arranged into thirteen files according to subject, and consists of textual records, photographs, ephemera, and newspaper clippings detailing sports, recreational programs and classes, parks and facility development, and events and initiatives undertaken by the Department, such as BC Summer Games, and Coquitlam Centennial celebrations.

Textual materials include legal papers and correspondence relating to land use and taxation (1947-1967), minutes and constitutions of civic societies (1967-1978), and notes from a Bowen Island Historians research project.
Chambers, HelenThe fonds consists of administrative, operational, and financial records created and accumulated by the Royal Canadian Legion's Bowen Island Branch, RCL Branch 150. Textual records consist predominantly of minutes (1947-1989) and correspondence (1968-2000), and also include memoranda, reports, the visitor’s register, and various published materials. Photographs are of RLC Branch 150 and Ladies Auxiliary RCL Branch 150 members at various functions.
Royal Canadian Legion Branch 150The fonds consists of photographs relating to the Colville family business in West Vancouver. The photographs depict army trucks transporting hikers, skiers and supplies up Hollyburn Mountain, including stops at Hi-View Lodge, and Westlake Lodge. There are also photographs of "The Forks," a rest stop and restaurant which was operated by the Colville family.

Other photographs depict Norman Baker and Emile Blain, Margaret's husband, and Emile and another employee inside Blain Brothers Grocers at 837 2nd Ave. West. Ephemera consists of a Prince Rupert General Hospital feeding schedule for Barbara Blain, a Reid's Holiday Tog. Ltd. for Miss M. Slin, a Pro-Rec winter schedule from 1946-1947, and a birth form from the Prince Rupert General Hospital, dated June 21, 1950.
Blain, MargaretFonds include incoming and outgoing correspondence, club scrapbooks, member rosters and attendance records, meeting minutes and copies of the club newsletter Rotary Weekly Bulletin. The records provide a detailed overview of the Club activities during the period 1946 – 2001 and their involvement with a wide range of community events and the development of community infrastructure such as the construction of an outdoor swimming pool, the seawalk and services such as the Cari Infant and Toddler Centre. Club members include a wide range of individuals from the business sector including members from various pioneering families.

Salmar Community AssociationSeries documents John Edwin Loucks' involvement in numerous associations, societies and community activities from the 1940s until the early twenty-first century. Loucks was especially active in the North Shore Community Concerts' Association. Records in this series consist of meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, events programmes, invitations and honour certificates. Records in the series are arranged according to organization and form of documents.

Front Street Grocery and ConfectioneryThe fonds consists of one album of photographs taken by Sage between September 1945 and August 1946 at a relocation camp near Tashme, B.C. where she was a social worker. The photographs include general views of the scenery, individuals and groups and some smaller buildings. In addition to the camp shots, there are also pictures of Japanese Canadians preparing for relocation. The album also includes a newspaper clipping, post card and a typescript article about the Tashme Camp. The fonds also includes a small body of correspondence written by Margaret Sage to her parents Walter and Nelda Sage and to her brother Donald (1945/46).
Sage, Margaret, 1919-The collection includes material relating to Alert Bay that was created or collected by Thomas and Mildred Laurie, as well as photographs and textual records created or received by James Barclay Williams, who bequeathed the records to Mildred Laurie. The collection includes a photo album, photographs, postcards, correspondence, newspaper clippings, pamphlets, and a calendar. Photographs document Alert Bay and the surrounding area, including the B.C. Packers store, Christ Church, the native cemetery, St. Michael’s Residential School and Preventorium, Canada Packers, Hardy Bay, totem poles, a long house, and the Nimpkish Hotel. Photographs also document local events, including potlatches, weddings, an outdoor salmon barbeque, BC centenary celebrations in 1958, native ceremonies, and a visit by the Governor General.
