Series consists of provincial and municipal licenses allowing the operation of Brunswick Cannery at Canoe Pass, gill-net licenses, court summons between the cannery and fishermen for monies owed and information about licenses granted to fishermen. The series also includes contracts signed between the cannery and fishermen that oblige the fisherman to sell his catch to Brunswick Cannery in return for rent of equipment and/or an agreed price for fish, and a contract signed between an agent and the cannery for the supply of skilled labour under the "Chinese Contract" system.

Series consists of ephemera used by cannery owners and employees at the Brunswick Cannery in the course of purchasing equipment, supplies and machinery for the cannery. Much of the material are in the forms of catalogues, pamphlets and guides used to help operate and maintain the Brunswick Cannery and machinery within.
Brunswick Cannery (Canoe Pass, B.C.)Series consists of invoices, receipts, lists of outstanding accounts, ledgers, bank statements, and daily pack reports, largely resulting form the operation of Brunswick Cannery, 1898-1930, as well as the Anglo American Cannery, 1986 to 1902. Invoices include billings from suppliers in Vancouver and New Westminster as well as local suppliers of groceries, lumber, hardware, etc. in Port Guichon and Ladner, and from local individuals. The invoices show changes in canning techniques, for example, invoices from the American Can Company for new types of can. Brunswick Cannery also received memorandums of debits and credits assigned to the cannery for supplies received from and traded to sister canneries and the head office of B.C. Packers. The ledgers are in the form of Net Books and contain information pertaining to fishermen and cannery workers who have accounts with the cannery for boats, equipment, food and supplies.
Series includes receipts for moneys paid by the British Columbia Packers Association to persons to fish, wages, and work done, and to persons and companies for goods and services supplied to Brunswick Cannery. Hand written entries give names of those receiving money, the amount, and the type of work done, and therefore supply personnel information. Other incomplete sets of records include lists of debts owed to the Association by its employees, bank statements, and daily reports of pack.

File consists of Christmas and birthday greeting cards, one of which is printed on birch bark; small prayer cards; postcards; calling cards (Brandrith, Gunn and Dinsmore); and a small 1912 calendar.
Fonds consists of a minute book that records the first meeting held to form a club of alumni of King George V High School on October 25, 1930. The minute book ends with an entry May 29, 1937. The 46 page document is missing pages 24-33, with the minutes written on the following pages.
Delta Ex-High ClubFile consists of Christmas and birthday greeting cards, a souvenir school card from Canoe Pass School that lists students and teacher at the school in 1916, 9 postcards sent to Frank McCubbin from family members on trips, and a set of postcards sent to the McCubbin family from the Vogue family on holidays in California. Three of the greeting cards are made of heavy card and comprise several pages with colored illustrations and poems.
File contains a memorial for Franklin McCubbin (1869-1939) and for Mary Elizabeth Dinsmore (1859-1935).
Series consists of correspondence with the Canadian Pension Commission, 1934 to 1938, regarding reinstatement of Major MacInnis' pension; letter from the Minister of Pension and National Health acknowledging Major MacInnis' offer of service to Acting Minister of Defence, 1940; and a certificate of membership for C.W. MacInnis in the Masonic Order, Grand Lodge of Alberta A.F. & A.M., No. 7, Edmonton.
MacInnis, Carlyle WilliamSeries consists of photograph print, copy print and negative images of members of the Whitworth family and their friends and relatives. Images include individual and family portraits, photos of family activities, the Whitworth house, and Whitworth boats (especially the "Birdswell"). Some of the items are photograph postcards and include correspondence. Many of the photographs are contained in the Whitworth family album. Photographs are described at the item level.

MacInnis, Martin B.Series consists of historical notes written by T. Ellis Ladner's father, Thomas Ladner, in shorthand format. Series documents the social and economic life of the early settlements in Delta. Series includes a transcript of the shorthand notes.
File contains a 1905 letter of recommendation from John Oliver, Secretary for the Board of Trustees, Delta School; a letter from the Burnaby School Board to acknowledge Miss Forrest's application for a teaching position and acceptance in 1906; a letter advising Miss Forrest of a raise in 1914; and a letter of thanks and appreciation for her service at the time of Miss Forrest's retirement from teaching in 1941. An envelope is also part of the file (1920).
Records consist of legal papers and correspondence regarding the probate of John Muir's estate in Manitoba and British Columbia, particularly between lawyers and Agnes Muir, his daughter.
Muir, John, 1849-1939The fonds consists of records generated by the operation of the Brunswick Cannery on Canoe Pass from 1897 to 1926, under the ownership of the Brunswick Cannery Company, and after 1902, under the ownership of the British Columbia Packers Association and British Columbia Fishing and Packing Company Ltd. The fonds also includes records belonging to the Anglo American Canning Company Ltd. probably because the company's president, Francis Griffin Bell, became the manager of Brunswick Cannery for the Association in 1902. The fonds includes licenses, contracts, financial and fishermen's records generated by daily operations, plant inventories, and correspondence. The records are not complete. The records reflect its operation as a branch of the British Columbia Packers Association and therefore give insight into the operation of the Association. The fonds has been arranged into 9 series: annual reports, correspondence, financial records, fishermen's records, Francis G. Bell family records, legal records, miscellaneous material, personnel records, and plant inventories.
Brunswick Cannery (Canoe Pass, B.C.)Series consists of records that were obtained from the Brunswick Cannery site after is was operated as a fishing camp for the Imperial plant at Steveston (1930-1939). After 1939 the buildings were reopened and used for net and boat storage and local Japanese fishermen and their families resided in some of the buildings along with other fishermen and a caretaker. Records contain information regarding residents and fish tallies between 1941-1942.

Ladner Dugout CommitteeFile contains five "Ration Book 6" booklets with coupons enclosed issued to Ivan Embree, Elinore Embree, Yvonne Embree, Howard Embree and Ila Embree. Gasoline license and ration coupon book and ration book holder envelope was also issued to Ivan Embree in 1940, address given as 949 Embree Road in Delta. The file also includes three newspaper clippings, one about a sale of equipment from Harry M. Wilson's farm.
