Consists of two albums of newsclippings about boy scout activities in Delta. The first album spans from 1985 to 1987, covering Ladner and Tsawwassen troups and including a program from a Chief Scout Award Recognition Ceremony. The second album spans from 1988 to 1990, covering mostly cub scout and some girl guide events.

The fonds consists primarily of records created and received by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Board of School Trustees, and therefore are largely related to the functions of this office, which include: keeping records of all meetings; all matters of finance, the operation and maintenance of buildings, the maintenance of furniture and equipment; and all purchases required by the Board, as well as stocks of supplies and merchandise. Records were originally arranged in accordance with these functions, and this order has been maintained or restored. Fonds consists of photographs of scenes and people in and around the Ladner/Delta area (from ca. 1918-1923), students and teachers in the Delta Central School and Ladner Elementary School (ca. 1918-1923) and photographs of the Atkey family and friends. Fonds also includes one book, Webster's School and Office Dictionary (1914) and one pen and ink drawing by Ken Atkey.

The fonds consists of records related to the publication of the Index of Newspapers, 1902-1914 in Delta, British Columbia. Records include forms called extraction sheets designed by the Delta Diggers for the purpose of compiling data regarding vital events occurring in Delta and reported in the Delta Times and Delta News between 1902 and 1914. Events listed include marriages, deaths, births, birthdays, marriages, divorces and anniversaries. This data was then assembled in the index for publication.

The collection consists of maps and diagrams published by the Geological Survey of Canada about the geomorphology and tidal action at the mouth of the Fraser River (reproduced "to accompany a report by W.A. Johnson"), a hand painted canvas map about "Proposed New Fraser River Tunnel and North Arm Crossing", and a publication "The Tides and Tidal Streams" by the Department of Naval Service, Ottawa.

The fonds consists of records generated by farming operations on the Holmes farm on Crescent Island, Delta, and by Locke Holmes' later activities after the farm was sold. The farm records are largely from the years 1910 to 1921 and include financial records, correspondence, and reference and miscellaneous material. Locke Holmes' records are few and give a general indication of his activities. The records have been arranged in the following series: financial records; Crescent Island B.C. Hay and Grain Growers' Association records; correspondence; reference and miscellaneous material; and Locke Holmes' material.

The collection consists of seven identical blueprints of the municipality of Delta produced by the Corporation of Delta in 1961. The blueprints include all roads in Delta, as well as inserts of Ladner, North Delta, and South Delta. The majority of the collection, however, is concerned with Kennedy School and includes miscellaneous papers, class photographs, and oral records and photographs of Kennedy School's fiftieth anniversary.

The fonds also includes Mr. Landysheff's original registers of meteorological observations taken at Pebble Hill, Tsawwassen, as well as publications from and correspondence with the Meteorological Branch. The fonds also includes memorabilia and writings by Mr. Landysheff on topics related to his work in the sugar beet industry, and to his interests in the history and welfare of his adopted country.
