Also included are 10 audio cassettes of the conferences, which are numbered but not identified.
Delgamuukw Conferences (1997-1999 : Victoria, B.C.)The collection consists largely of research materials and notes created in the preparation of Boire's book "With Hearts and Minds" published in 2016. The remainder of the collection consists of materials collected by Boire from Caisse Populaire Maillardville Credit Union, as well as accumulated material pertaining to Boire's involvement in several community initiatives, such as the Maillardville Residents' Association, Maillardville revitalization and planning, and Place Maillardville.
Materials include correspondence, photographs, administrative records, interviews, reports, handwritten notes, clippings, advertising and professional materials, newsletters, research materials, prints, postcards, ephemera, a map, embossing seals, a lid from a glass milk bottle, and other documents. The collection also includes a manuscript copy of "With Hearts and Minds."
Boire, Alain JosephThe collection consists of colour photographs and negatives of the Miss Coquitlam Pageant and related events from 1986 to 1988. The photographs feature the donor, Deborah Smyth, who was Miss Congeniality in 1986. The collection also includes some news clippings and a VHS tape containing a recording of the 1986 Miss Coquitlam Pageant.
The Riverview Hospital Historical Society collection consists of the records collected and maintained by the Riverview Hospital Historical Society (RHHS). Through their museum and library, the RHHS acquired and stewarded records documenting the history of Riverview Hospital, the British Columbia School of Psychiatric Nursing, and the history of psychiatric care in British Columbia.
The collection consists of a range of documentary forms, including: reports, theses, newspaper clippings, newsletters, publications, correspondence, manuals, plans and drawings, directories, inventories, procedures, programmes, annuals, invitations, motion pictures, personal narratives, staff lists, minutes, study notes, scrapbooks, ephemera, and photographs depicting aspects of social and administrative life at the hospital and school.

School of Psychiatric NursingThe fonds consists of records of the Delta Centennial (1979) Committee, including correspondence, minutes and agendas, and scrapbooks related to the planning of centennial celebrations for the Municipality of Delta. The records also describe the activities of the many Delta organizations which participated in centennial events. Delta Manor Exhibition AssociationThe fonds consists of one series of material created by Ernest Burnett in his capacity as mayor: in particular, as a member of the Delta Centennial Committee, which held its meetings in Council chambers. Mr. Burnett's copies of the Committee minutes constitute one series of the fonds. A second series of material includes material Mr. Burnett created as treasurer of the Delta Agricultural Society. This series includes financial statements (1950-1954), and racing programs for Paterson Park (1962-1968). The final series in this fonds consists of one file containing a program for the "Freedom Ceremony" celebrating Delta's 90th Anniversary (1969), and a promotional newspaper entitled "Delta Election '71 News". which promotes the "Delta Team" of municipal candidates including incumbent Mayor Dugald Morrison, Alderman Doug Watkins, Ernie Burnett, and Harold Savage.
