Records in sub-series include promotional and educational materials, budgets, publicity, correspondence and guest lists related to events organized or sponsored by the VHEC or the VHCS. Sub-series is further divided into sub-sub-series based on cultural form: Film and video events (1992–[2003]), Book events (1992–2003), Art and photography events (1989–1998), Music, theatre and radio events (1994–2009) and Other cultural events (1991–2005).
Sub-series consists of materials collected by Martin Keeley, and others, during his time as Executive Director of the Friends of Boundary Bay. The materials were generated from both his home in Point Roberts as well as the offices in Ladner, B.C. and Point Roberts, Washington. Martin Keeley participated and/or supported the Delta Naturalists Society. The materials correspond to Martin Keeley's time with the Friends of Boundary Bay and their relationship to the Delta Naturalists Society.

The subseries primarily consists of the annual publications of the Dogwood Lifewriters' Group from 1999 to 2017, as well as news clippings about the organization, grant applications, meeting minutes, newsletters, and photographs of members.
Dogwood Lifewriters' GroupThe subseries consists of assorted records from a number of committees, activities, and programs at Dogwood Pavilion including: the Volunteer Improvement Committee, Community Volunteer Services for Seniors, Multicultural Committee, and the Senior Safety Committee. The subseries also includes Dogwood Pavilion's Bylaws, photographs of the Dogwood Pavilion Expansion Project (1997), and photographs of various activities.
The subseries consists of a number of Veterans' Stories booklets from 2005 to 2007, as well as news clippings, minutes, and reports from the Dogwood Veterans' Group. The subseries also contains photographs of members of the Dogwood Veterans' Group that were included in the booklets, as well as photographs of various events attended by members.
Dogwood Veterans' GroupD.W.I. (Dragu Worker International) was a piece of protest and performance art by Dragu first performed in 1984. Dragu organized a parade and demonstration. On leaflets distributed at the time, she wrote: "I started calling myself Dragu Worker International in July 1984. My official walkout started on Sept. 10th (one day before my 34th birthday). My strike is personal; an opportunity to articulate what my demands are. What the hell I am complaining about. They change and expand as my strike continues; and as I get in touch with my feelings about how I work as an actress, choreographer, performance artist, filmmaker, producer, cleaning lady, teacher, etc. etc...." The leaflet includes a list of demands and a photocopy of her parade permit from the Toronto police.
This sub-series contains the 1st edition of the "Horses, horsepower and horsing around: school curriculum program" that is a part of the Packers on the Trail project. Between the efforts of Ross Peck, Jay Sherwood, and Rosaleen Boardman this program was created using information from the Packers on the Trail project. It includes curriculum for grades 4, 5 and 12. The program includes textual documents and explanations, as well as photographs and the photographs origin. It was created so that a school can utilize the database as well as the information collected for the Packers along the Trail project. This sub-series is arranged into one file: finished product.
This sub-series covers Baker's involvement with summer drama schools during the 1960s and 1970s. It includes documents from the Manitoba High School Drama School, Manitoba Theatre School, Vancouver Island Summer School of the Arts and the Okanagan Summer School of the Arts, among others.

Como Lake PreschoolThe subseries consists of 13 b&w glass plate negatives depicting the West Lawn building, which opened in 1913, as well as interior shots of various labs and lounges, and the dormitory. There is also a photograph of an unidentified building, and an interior shot of the shoe workshop at the Provincial Hospital for the Insane in New Westminster, B.C.
This subseries consists of event records depicting special events put on by Riverview Hospital. Records include programs, invitations, guestbooks, awards, news releases and planning documents.

Sub-series consists of administrative records, promotional materials, catalogues and black-and-white print photographs of Holocaust survivors related to the Faces of Survival exhibition, which ran from June 2018 to August 2019 at the Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre.
