Homer (family)Series consists of records that pertain to the business and personal activities of the subjects of the files. Each estate file has its own unique collection of records. The original provenance of these records was the subjects of the files. Subsequently these records were used by another party in the course of settling these subjects’ estates. Series contains three boxes of files. These files include deeds, correspondence, invoices, receipts, insurance policies, investment certificates, contracts, indentures, and other records. The series includes several files pertaining to early Sikh residents.

Lewis Sangster, which he collected during his time living in New Westminster, pertaining to New Westminster, his military service, his travels and correspondence. Items include newspaper clippings, tickets, membership cards, postcards, business cards and commemorative ephemera.
Sangster, J. LewisSeries consists of material related to J.P. Bole's interest in history: a copy of his 1954 report to the Native Sons of B.C. his role of Grand Historian. The report contains an account of the naming of Belcarra where the Boles owned property. There is some material on the RCMP schooner, the St. Roch, including a letter from J.S. Matthews, Archivist for Vancouver, copy prints from the Vancouver Archives, and newspaper clippings regarding commemorative plaques established by the Native Sons of B.C.
Bole familySeries consists of records created while managing the finances of the New Westminster Local Council of Women. Two volumes (1921 – 47, 1947 – 60), entitled Treasurer’s Book, record received funds, expenditures, and disbursements. Along with this is a file containing receipts and cheque books, dated early 1960s, from both the Local Council as well as other organizations. There is also a folder containing a financial report from 1983, giving an idea of their expenditures as well as proposed budget.

Parts of film purchased by Norman include multiple 1920s Hollywood short clips on various topics.
Lidster, Hugh Norman, b. 1888Series consists of a ledger belonging to the Corbould family that records business transactions between Gordon Charleson Corbould and companies for insurance. The ledger contains a full description of Gordon's life, including all the details of his birth. This can be found on page 200.
