Burquest Jewish Community AssociationFonds consists of laboratory manuals published by the UBC Department of Physics between 1949 and 1966 (most dated 1957-1962); mimeographed hand-outs for experiments and other assignments; hand-written lecture notes; and a 1944 Canadian Army physics laboratory manual. Many of the manuals are annotated. The manuals are bound, but the notes and hand-outs are loose; all have been placed in acid-free folders. They are arranged by course number, and then chronologically; unnumbered materials, and folders containing unsorted material from various courses, were placed at the end.
Fonds also includes promotional materials, many of which relate specifically to the Department of Physics at university-wide Open Houses, annual reports from the Department of Physics, notes made by Professor John Warren regarding x-rays and particle physics, as well as photographs taken of individuals, groups, and events related to the Department of Physics.
The fonds consists of reports and studies generated by Physical Plant and/or Plant Operations for various buildings and facilities between 1968 and 1983, and correspondence, reports, committee minutes, and published materials from UBC Utilities 1990-2001.

Physical PlantFonds include incoming and outgoing correspondence, club scrapbooks, member rosters and attendance records, meeting minutes and copies of the club newsletter Rotary Weekly Bulletin. The records provide a detailed overview of the Club activities during the period 1946 – 2001 and their involvement with a wide range of community events and the development of community infrastructure such as the construction of an outdoor swimming pool, the seawalk and services such as the Cari Infant and Toddler Centre. Club members include a wide range of individuals from the business sector including members from various pioneering families.
Rotary Club of Campbell RiverThe fonds consists of photographs of the March of Dimes campaign in Prince Rupert in 1954 and photographs of the Royal Purple members circa 2000s. Photographs are of RLC Branch 150 and Ladies Auxiliary RCL Branch 150 members at various functions.
Royal Canadian Legion Branch 150The collection consists of documents and photographs intentionally assembled collection of discrete items documenting the following areas: the occupational pursuits of B.C. and Yukon Jewry; the organized religious life of Jews in B.C.; leisure activities; and the membership and good works of organizations formed to aid and represent the Jewish community, such as the National Council of Jewish Women. There is also a wide range of individual and family portraits, and photographs of headstones.

Sealeigh Park Strata Development CorporationThe fonds consists of scrapbooks constructed by members of the Theta Chapter of the Phrateres, from some of the sub-chapters, and from the UCLA Alpha chapter, to document their activities. Scrapbooks are composed of clippings, pamphlets, photographs, and drawings relating to various charitable and social events sponsored by the organization.
