The collection consists of mimeographed scripts for two plays presented by the club at the Empire Theatre, Calcutta, India. The scripts come from the plays' original productions in England, several years earlier. Also included are programmes for the two plays, a clipping containing a review of one play, and a rehearsal list for the other play. The two plays are “Murder on the Second Floor” by Frank Vosper and “The Wind and the Rain” by Merton Hodge.

The contents consist of a title-page; a dedicatory epistle to the Rev. R.W. Dibdin (4 pp., both sides); and the text (36 pp., rectos only). Inscribed on the flyleaf in pencil are the words ""Presumably the original MS and unique. It is probable that this is unpublished (not listed in NUC).

Collection is comprised of items related to and about the activities of Anna Helen (née Mahler) Aszkanazy in Vienna, Austria and North Vancouver, BC. Items are original memoir writings by Aszkanazy, written in British Columbia both in German and English, an English translation of the German-language memoir part, a German writers association membership card and photographs taken before the Second World War and after Aszkanazy’s immigration to BC. Photographs depict Aszkanazy, her daughter, friends and refugees whom she helped immigrate to Canada during the Second World War.

The Apiculture (beekeeping) collection is an artificial grouping of documentary materials relating to the methods, science and culture of beekeeping. The collection was established by the SFU Archives as a complement to its other holdings relating to apiculture, such as the fonds of the British Columbia Honey Producers' Association (F-147), and the papers of SFU faculty member Mark Winston (F-174).

The collection consists of publications, conference proceedings, minutes, correspondence, photographs, and moving images. Material includes government publications, correspondence and registers of provincial beekeepers in British Columbia; published research articles, presentations and reports; course outlines and course material relating to the Bee Masters program and honey judging in British Columbia; photographs of various BC beekeeping activities and personalities; copies of meeting minutes and other records of various beekeeping associations in British Columbia and Canada; moving images featuring beekeeping activities and topics; and various subject files relating to the history of beekeeping in BC.

The collection consists of six items:
1) En'am-i Serif [Turkish calligraphic manuscript].- consists of several chapters of the Qur'an, Arabic and Ottoman and Turkish prayers, calligraphic rondels and seals, hilyes, and miniature paintings of the Kaba, the Prophet's Mosque at Medina, his personal belongings such as his cloak, prayer beads etc., his hand and foot print and similar images. Special Collections had slides made of this manuscript. A second set of these slides is available in the Slide Library (History in Art Dept.).

2) al-Jazri, Mohammed. - consists of a single leaf from an 18th century religious manuscript, "Hassi Hasin" (Prayer and Contemplation). It is written in Arabic (probably in Turkey) in the Nashki hand. It may be an Ishmaeli text. It is illuminated, gilded and decorated with a floral motif.

3) Firdawsi. Shah Nameh. consists of a single leaf from an 18th century copy.

4) Koran. India. 17th -18th century?

5) Koran. China. 17th -18th century?

6) Maghribi Qur'an (Koran) Bifolium. Late 10th or 11th century. Kufic script.

Also included are a handwritten letter to Tom Clark re "Cloth" and mentioning Ted Berrigan, Paul Carroll, Steve Katz, and Philip Whalen; a corrected typescript signed by Tom Clark which seems to be intended as a preface to "Cloth"; clippings from "Poetry (Chicago)" of Aram Saroyan selection of material from Louis Zukovsky; and a clipping from Rolling Stone? of a picture of Randy Newman.

Arctic Explorers collection

The collection consists of two letters from Belcher in 1855 and two from McClintock in 1869. The first Belcher letter is concerned with the Minié rifle, and the second with personal matters. The first McClintock letter is concerned with charts and exploration of the west African coast. He mentions Belcher in this regard. The second letter is about personal matters.

Also included is a copy of "Poetry World" (1929; Vol.1, No. 1) which contains a critical article: "Arthur Symons: English Decadent" by Richard Johns.

The APEC collection was established in 1997 when the Museum of Anthropology (MOA) hired two students, Todd Tubutis and Maria Roth. These two students were supervised by Director and Professor Ruth B. Phillips, and instructed to gather information in a variety of formats that would serve to represent the events of the 1997 APEC Leaders Meeting at MOA. These materials, in addition to their archival value, were to be used in a public exhibition at the museum and for other museum educational projects.

The collection consists of materials gathered by Todd Tubutis and Maria Roth in 1997 and 1998. These two students were hired to gather information in a variety of formats that would serve to represent the events of the 1997 APEC Leaders’ Meeting at the Museum. These records consist of textual materials, sound recordings, photographs, posters and banners, and physical artifacts. The records include: photographs of the Museum of Anthropology in preparation for the Leaders’ Meeting and protests against APEC at UBC and throughout Vancouver; posters and banners collected at protests at UBC and the Museum of Anthropology; radio broadcast recordings from UBC campus radio (CITR) on the day of the APEC Leaders’ Meeting and heavy student protesting; official APEC paraphernalia (both textual and graphic); textual records of the impact APEC had at the Museum of Anthropology; newspaper and journal articles concerning the APEC Leaders’ Meeting at the Museum of Anthropology; press releases from protest groups, the Prime Minister’s Office, and APEC; concerns of the Musqueam Nation regarding APEC; and coverage of the APEC Leaders’ Meeting in U.S. newspapers.
