Blythe Eagles fonds

Fonds consists of family histories, correspondence, reports, printed materials, photographs, notes, minutes, publications, building plans, reminiscences and other materials pertaining to Eagles' professional career and personal life. Fonds contains ten series: Biographical Information, Speeches, Publications by Eagles, Personal Correspondence/Subject Files, Research /Lecture Notes, Miscellaneous Personal Materials, Faculty of Agriculture Material, UBC History - General, Miscellaneous Printed Materials and Publications, and Photographs series. Fonds also contains three sous-fonds: L.S. Klink, Wilfred Sadler, and F.M. Clement sous-fonds. The Eagles papers contain only limited records of a purely administrative nature.

Frederick Clement fonds

The fonds consists of biographical information about Clement, copies of speeches (1942-1955) and notes from his first lecture on agricultural economics given at Macdonald College in 1913. The fonds also includes reminiscences of F.F. Wesbrook, L.S. Klinck and early experiences at UBC.

The fonds consists of records that reflect the myriad activities included under the auspices of the President's Office. Materials include correspondence, subject files, and financial and personnel records. Significant subgroups and series within the fonds include: Klinck/Wesbrook Presidential papers (1891-1920), microfilmed office records (1913-1970), annual reports (1929-1969), subject files (1891-1980), President's office correspondence/subject files (1970-1985), Deputy President William Armstrong's files (1969-1974), V.P. William White's files (1964-1981), V.P. Erich Vogt's files (1975-1980), V.P. Michael Shaw's files (1975-1983), miscellaneous committee records (1947-1984), financial records (1956-1981), and, faculty and staff personnel records. In addition, the fonds includes some personal files created by Presidents J.B. MacDonald, Walter Gage and D.T. Kenny.
