The fonds consists of council minutes, bylaws (1946-1979), assessment rolls (1947-1958, 1960-1966), land titles (1946-1979), petitions, financial records, correspondence, business licences, foreshore leases, boats ledgers, and urban renewal studies. Fonds includes ledgers and other records of the Community Hall Cooperative Association and minutes of the Alert Bay Recreation Association.
