The fonds consists of minutes (including those of the Board of Governors and Senate), correspondence, constitution, bylaws, legal records, financial records, student records, architectural records, and photographs of committees (including Building, Executive, and Finance Committees), offices (including Principal's Office, Bursar's Office, and Registrar's Office) and officers of the Anglican Theological College arranged into series relating to administration, equipment, finances, housing, personnel, students, theological education and curriculum, library, advertising and public relations, and organizations relating to the College. Fonds includes minutes of meetings (1923-1925 and 1969-1971) of the Joint Faculty of Anglican Theological College of British Columbia and Union College (and its predecessors, Ryerson College and Westminster Hall). Fonds includes the minutes (1916-1918) of the Finance Committee of Latimer Hall and minutes, constitution and bylaws, and student records (1912-1926) of St. Mark's Hall.
