Copper Valley School photograph collection

The collection consists of b&w photos of the ongoing construction of the school, action shots of the workers, student activities: picnics, proms, graduations, travels. Events recorded by Kenneth Stone form a major part of the 4 cm of pages of transparencies. Coloured photographs of some of the Copper Valley School Association annual alumni/ae reunions add to the collection.

Mount St. Angela photograph collection

The collection consists of exterior and interior views of the building, images of the grounds, photographs of the Sisters. There are reproductions of Baroness Angela Burdett Coutts, for whom the building (originally the Angela College) was named.

Japan Ministry photograph collection

Collection consists of series of images, including class photographs, graduation portraits, buildings and grounds, native artifacts collection, albums, and miscellaneous subject material. The videotapes and some of the photographic collection document the restoration and opening celebrations.

St. Ann's Hospital (Juneau, Alaska) photograph collection

The collection is mainly composed of b&w photographs of the area, building, staff, and other personnel. Images record the physical growth of the hospital (exterior and interior), various departments, staff members and activities, such as Hospital Day gatherings and Auxiliary fund-raising teas.

St. Joseph's Hospital (Victoria, B.C.) photograph collection

The collection documents a century of progress in the nursing field. Some overlap with St. Josephs School of Nursing collection exists. The videotapes are of the chapel services arranged by the pastoral care team (Fairfield Health Centrea section of St. Josephs Hospital that has had a variety of uses).

The collection consists of exterior and interior views of the building, images of the grounds and the general area, staff and student activities. Photographs of the fire of the 1944 and the tearing down of the building are among the images. The collection also includes photographs of staff, students, and activities at St. Peters (parochial) School (New Westminster).

The incomplete collection includes b&w photographs of classes and activities. The albums reflect jubilees, other celebrations, and members of the Associate Program, for the Vernon-Okanagan area.

St. Joseph's School of Nursing (Victoria, B.C.) photograph collection

The collection consists of graduation photographs: portraits of individuals and groups; some entrance classes, images made in connection with hospital work, a graduation film. Les Spencer negatives are available for many of the photographs, as they arrived in the archives with a number code, corresponding to the photographic print. Most of the collection is from records compiled by the alumnae of the School of Nursing. The Les Spencer fonds contains negatives of the School of Nursing and of St. Josephs Hospital. The Feniak fonds, for conservation purposes, has been incorporated into the class series. The Margaret Sangster fonds remains intact.

The photographic collection includes images of the First Board of Management (1942), area views, photographs of the exterior and interior of the building, staff, friends, activities, and noteworthy events. Various photographs were taken to record the progress of the building, the opening of various departments, and the current staff members.

St. Mary's Hospital (Dawson, Y.T.) photograph collection

Haiti Ministry photograph collection

The collection records some of the activities in Haiti of the Sisters from St. Josephs Province. The album of photographs was organized to give visitors an overview of the personnel and efforts in Haiti. The scrapbooks contain newspaper articles describing the needs, history, and culture of Haiti.

Sacred Heart School (Prince George, B.C.) photograph collection

The collection comprises b&w photographs of the area, buildings, and incomplete sets of class pictures. Coloured transparencies are mostly of the area. The album records school activities primarily. The images are records of conditions the Sisters met in 1949 and are remembrances of subsequent encounters and events.
