The collection consists of 13 scrapbooks of press clippings of Vancouver amateur sporting events for the period 1940 to 1950 and one scrapbook of press clippings, pamphlets, etc. of the coronation of King George VI, 1937.

C. Wade concerning Liberal politics; Noel Robinson to F. C. Wade concerning Moberly. Fonds includes cartoon drawings by John Innis and James B. Fitzmaurice depicting provincial political figures and issues such as prohibition.

The fonds consists of correspondence, notes, published items, newspaper clippings, association minutes, financial statements, and photographs. Records were collected and created by Sandy Sanderson for his interest and work in the hospitality industry. The majority of the fonds are published items and reference materials, with a large percentage of newspaper clippings.

The fonds is arranged into five series: Subject files; Newsmen's Club; British Columbia Chefs' Association Newsletter - notes; Business papers; and Published items and reference material.
