The records have been retained in the government records (GR) accession units in which they were received by BC Archives. Types of records include newspaper clippings, general administrative records of the Committee and sub-committees including correspondence, memos, reports, project files for community commemorative projects, and application forms for pioneer medallions.

Reports provide production figures for early Kelowna producers including: Kelowna Growers Exchange; Harvey, Duggan & Davies; Stirling & Pitcairn; and the Occidental Fruit Co. as well as crop return figures (estimated and actual) for various regions in the Okanagan Valley. Includes also orchard surveys of the Okanagan 1920-1945 and reports on plant diseases 1933-1941. Fonds also consists of circulars, correspondence, and memos collected by fruit and vegetable inspectors, 1956-1961.

There is also the specification, issued by the Inspector of Electrical Energy, from the Court House in Vancouver, for installation of transformers and secondary wiring, lighting and a silo motor, at Colony Farm, Essondale. Tenders were submitted to the Minister of Public Works, Victoria.
