Fonds consists of four diplomas awarded to A.H. Chambers by the Wellington District Horticultural, Agricultural and Industrial Society at their first annual exhibition (1895). Also includes a contract for work on St. Luke's Church in Northfield (1892) and a letter of reference from Reverend C.E. Cooper, Rector of the Anglican Church (1901).

The fonds consists of glass negatives of houses, some in Nanaimo, and views of northern B.C. and of the Victoria area.
