The fonds contains records that reflect in particular the fundraising and exhibition planning functions of the Richmond Art Gallery Association. Also included are administrative records of the Association, including RAGA minutes and reports, as well as gallery statistics and insurance reports. The fonds is arranged by the archivist into 8 series reflecting the functions and activities of the Association, and titled according to a list of standard file classification titles agreed upon by RAGA and RAG staff in 2004: 1. Administration; 2. Minutes; 3. Reports; 4. Fundraising; 5. Insurance; 6. Grants; 7. Exhibits; 8. Newspaper clippings.
