Collection consists of a series of photocopied documents collected by David Westley in 1986 for a research paper on the acquisition of land for Polson Park. The documents, which date from 1908-1974, consist of land deeds, land transfers from owner to owner, surveys, assessments, and tax receipts. Collection also includes a cover letter (1986) from Rob MacIntosh of the Land Title Office.
