The fonds consists of the administrative and operational records of the Canadian Federation of University Women - Coquitlam. Record types include: constitution & bylaws, meeting minutes, newsletters, reports, correspondence, financial records, photographs, and ephemera.

The series consists of a copy of the original Constitution and Bylaws from 1970 that was revised in 1976. The series also includes a revised Constitution and Bylaws from 2001 as well as a copy of the University Women's Club - White Rock BC, Directory & Constitution.
