Includes correspondence and reports from the Kingfisher Round Table (1994), community sewage system (1996), and MAKERS (1995-2000); the first application, correspondence and maps regarding a proposal for multi-family units plus minutes recording written submissions at two public hearings and minutes recording the decisions made by NORD directors (1995); six development applications for multi-family residences, single family residences, and the Mabel Lake Golf Course with related residential development and commercial buildings (1999-2001). Also includes correspondence, assessment records and maps regarding property owned by NORD for public purposes and crown land required for the Mabel Lake boat launch project.
