The holdings consist of the official records of the College, that is, those records created, received and accumulated by College officials and the various governing bodies of the College. They include correspondence, reports, agendas and minutes, registers, directories, publications, architectural and building plans. The Archives also holds audio/visual material and other material produced by the College in pursuance of its functions, semi-official records, i.e. Faculty Association and Student Society records, papers of employees, publications of student, administrative and faculty groups and programs and schedules of college events, manuscripts of groups, individuals associated with the College.
