Ministry for Children and Families conducted an audit of the Quesnel social services office, which lead to a removal of an unprecedented number of children from their families. Records in this series were created or received during Trotter’s involvement in the Quesnel Child, Youth, and Family Network as well as her participation in a research project conducted to support affected mothers. This project was led by the B.C. Steering Committee of the National Action Committee on the Status of Women in association with the Quesnel Women’s Resource Centre.
