History
The British Columbia Sports Hall of Fame and Museum is a non-profit society mandated to collect, preserve, display, and interpret artifacts that reflect the development of sport in British Columbia, and to honour provincial athletes and builders through an annual induction process.

The holdings document the development of sport in British Columbia with particular emphasis on the Honoured Members of the Hall of Fame. Materials include posters, scrapbooks, sports ephemera, certificates, programs, minute books and records from various sports organizations, Olympic, Pan Am and Commonwealth Games handbooks, newsletters, photographs, taped interviews with Honoured Members, miscellaneous sports highlights on film and video.
