The British Columbia Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches Board of Church Extension was formed in 1970 and assumed the responsibilities of the former Mennonite Brethren Mission of British Columbia Board. Its missionary work includes establishing new Mennonite Brethren churches, supporting small and growing churches, advising churches, and supplying intern pastors to churches.
