The fonds consists of Clement Francis Cornwall's diaries recording life at Ashcroft Manor and as a senator in 1872 in Ottawa. It also contains Cornwall's bench books from ca. 1891 to 1906.

Fonds consists of research notes and photographs of the Hautier family. Includes the script of a speech he made to an historical gathering, titled 'Recent Pioneers of B.C.', giving an outline of the Lytton Hautier family and the Yale/Ashcroft Bailey families; a sheet of lazer copied pictures of certain Baileys and Hautiers, Family Group records, a pedigree chart, and a list of Hautier descendents, plus 2 portraits of Marie Mathilde (Tilly)Bailey.
