Fonds consists predominantly of the historical writings of Rhoda Beck and also includes a notebook that belonged to Samuel Drake and a notebook and scrapbook (related to the Princess Royal Settlers) of historical information compiled by Maria Devlin.

This item is a notebook binder that is dedicated solely to the work Different Point of View on Some Properties of Media: Harold Adams Innis and Herbert McLuhan Memorial Sculpture that was held at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The material within this notebook is comprised of correspondence, photographs, and related records concerning the production and exhibition of Gary Lee-Nova’s material at this event. The related records include delivery and waybill slips for Lee-Nova’s artwork. The photographs included within this notebook depict the artwork and sculpture that Lee-Nova created for this exhibition.

The series documents the activities that Cunnings was involved with and led during his tenure at the District of Coquitlam Parks and Recreation Department and the development of the Department over time.

The second series consists of personal and professional records accumulated by Cunnings, documenting his various professional positions for reference and posterity.

Fonds consists of records related to the preparation of Donald E. Waites book entitled The Langley Story. Within the fonds there are versions of the manuscript; various essays written by Donald Waite about British Columbian history; photocopies of photographs of persons connected to Langley; a bound copy of the 1937 thesis by John Edgar Gibbard entitled Early History of the Lower Fraser Valley; and research notes which include transcriptions of vital records from parish registers, genealogies for families connected to Langley, and correspondence to and from Donald Waite regarding the research and writing of The Langley Story. Note: within the research notes, there are three bound copies that are indexed by Donald Waite.

The fonds also consists of copies of correspondence between artists, as well as Walkers own correspondence with artists and the artistic world in general, both inside and outside Canada. The fonds consists of audio recordings of Weisgarber compositions or performances (1957-1999); musical scores, drafts and sketches (1941-1996); and research materials generated or accumulated by Weisgarber in the preparation of an unpublished biography of Aurelio Giorni, a manuscript entitled “Flute Music of Zen,” and an article "The Honkyoku of the Kinko-Ryu: Some Principles of its Organization" (1968). It also consists of the family and personal records, including correspondence, of Elliot, his wife Beth, and their family.

The collection consists of material compiled by Elsie Allan concerning theatre in Victoria and other locations in B.C. and in England. The collection includes notebooks of annotated scripts, scripts of plays, announcements and notices of meetings of the Victoria Theatre Guild, programmes of amateur and professional performances in Victoria, New York, and England, and programmes of the British Columbia, Dominion, Kelowna, and Vancouver Island Drama Festivals.

Fonds consists of records maintained by the Enderby and District Arts Council in the course of its business. Includes the constitution and policy statements, minutes, correspondence, membership records, grant proposals and final reports, financial reports, the correspondence, notes, publicity and financial statements pertaining to all projects and events, reports from affiliated organizations, and reference material. Also includes colour photographs and publicity documenting most events.

Fonds consists of the records of the community play project from its inception to the weeks following the final production. It includes minutes, correspondence, financial records, legal documents, journals, musical scores, drawings, photographs, videos, and tape cassettes.
