Biographical history
Alan Henry (A.H.) Crichton was a pioneer in the Benvoulin district, Kelowna. He farmed in the area with his brother Bertram Edwin Crichton. A.H. Crichton and his wife, Edith Alice Bobbinnette (nee Postill), originally of Enderby, had five daughters Madge Willett, Kathleen Renfrew, Betty King, Joyce Whiting, and Pat who died in 1936. Alan Crichton died in 1948. Edith Crichton died on November 24, 1961 in Kelowna.
