Biographical history

Over the years, this association has operated under several different names. The Archives' holdings contain municipal records concerning the earlier Westlu Ratepayer's Association, dating from shortly after the Second World War. In 1965, the association was reactivated as the West Richmond Community and Ratepayer's Association.
