History
The Church Property Committee existed to oversee all purchases and sales of church property within the bounds of the Conference, and to correspond with the presbyteries concerned with such transactions. In 1953 this function was assigned for the Vancouver area to the Vancouver-Westminster Metropolitan Council for Church Extension, and in 1961 the B.C. Conference Council for Church Extension was created to serve this function for the remainder of the Conference.
