Graham Rosoman moved to Enderby in 1895. He worked as a secretary for Columbia Flouring Mills from 1903 to 1905 and as the City Clerk for Enderby from 1905 to 1939. He was also Police Magistrate and the Secretary for Enderby Coal Mines. He was a mason and a layman at St. Georges Anglican Church. Hazel Rosoman was Assistant City Clerk from 1911 to 1939 and City Clerk for the City of Enderby from 1939 to 1955.
