Biographical history
Revelstoke Wine and Spirit Company was incorporated in 1901 to take over the wholesale liquor business of H.G. Parsons and the soda factory run by Martin J. OBrien. Their building stood alongside the smelter spur, on the east side of Campbell Avenue between Third and Fourth Streets in Revelstoke. The company had a thriving business until prohibition put an end to production during World War I.
