Reliance Motor and Machine Works Ltd. was a machine manufacturer that built, sold and serviced equipment used in B.C.'s resource industries. The firm also produced airplane parts for the British Mosquito during World War II.

The fonds consists of company minutes (1924-1963), repair orders (1927-1959), annual reports, working plans and drawings for various pieces of machinery and machine parts.
