Biographical history
Louise Poole attended graduate school at the University of British Columbia and graduated with a Master of Arts from the French Department. She also taught at Maple Ridge Senior High School.

Scope and content
The fonds consists of many records created during Louise Poole's time at Maple Ridge Senior High School. These records include her teacher evaluations, several photographs, grad programs, and some ephemera. There is a file of personal papers and there are several plays written by Poole. Fonds also contains family photographs and her 1934 M.A. thesis "L'orientalisme dans la poesie francasie due XIXe siecle."
