History

Harry Graham was born in 1873. He came to Lytton from New Zealand to operate a Gold Dredge on the Fraser River [ca 1900] when he was 27 years old. The dredging adventure was a failure, so he accepted a post with the Dept. of Indian Affairs in 1904. He and his wife were the first white people to be married in the All Hallows Chapel in Yale. In 1930, Harry moved to Duncan as Indian Agent. He retired in 1939. Date of death unknown.
