A body, independent of Provincial Synod, which consists of all the diocesan bishops (may also include retired or non-diocesan bishops) in the Ecclesiastical Province, with the Metropolitan as President. In contrast to the Provincial Synod, House of Bishops is not a governing or legislative body but rather provides policy, recommendations and influence on various issues and matters before the Church's attention.
