Biographical history
The Delta Chapter of the Imperial Order Daughters of the Empire was formed in 1923. Initially, the Chapter promoted war remembrance through wreath laying and war memorials. They also assisted children of men killed or disabled during the war. From 1945, they had an annual Christmas Seal Campaign and a New Years Eve dance.

The fonds consists of a scrapbook containing newspaper clippings describing the activities of the IODE from 1950 to 1972.
