This integrated archives and reference library includes photographs, maps, printed material, pamphlets, books, and newspapers. Material collected relates to (1) the history of Cranbrook and the immediate area, and, (2) Canadian railways with specific reference to the Canadian Pacific and the Crowsnest and Kettle Valley route, and Canadian passenger rail travel. Researchers can be contracted if clients wish. The archives is a part of the operations of the Canadian Museum of Rail Travel and C.A.M.A.L.
