Skeena Division No. 154 of the Canadian Brotherhood of Railroad Employees received its charter in 1920 and was established in Prince Rupert. It later became the Canadian Brotherhood of Railway, Transport and General Workers Local 154.

The fonds consists of charter and minutes (1929-1937) of the Canadian Brotherhood of Railroad Employees Skeena Division No. 154 and minutes (1961-1965), reports, correspondence, policy statements, and seniority lists of the Canadian Brotherhood of Railway, Transport and General Workers Local 154. Some of the correspondence deals with grievances.
