Horsfield, Alan Peter
Biographical history
Alan Peter Horsfield served as a priest in the Dioceses of British Columbia and Caledonia. He attended the Anglican Theological College of British Columbia and graduated in 1949. Incumbent of the church St. Mary the Magdalene, Mayne Island and St. Margaret of Scotland, Galiano Island (1949-1952), he then became Vicar of All Saint's Church in Alberni (1952-1960). After a special course of study at St. Augustine's College, Canterbury, Kent, UK (1960-1961), A.P. Horsfield served as Rector of St. Matthew's Church in Terrace, B.C. (1961-1971). He was member of the Board of Governors of Anglican Theological College (1969-1971).
